To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAXCOAPP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the services. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address violations, or maintain service integrity. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.
